Wild Capture continues to pursue its vision of standardizing the digitization of live human performance and accelerating 3D content creation and delivery productivity using volumetric video technologies. In 2022, Wild Capture introduced the Digital Human Platform, a suite of AI-driven tools that enables the integration of volumetric video and realistic digital humans.
At SIGGRAPH, Wild Capture is giving preview demonstrations of its Unify Solver. This breakthrough technology automates standard 3D animation procedural tasks for volumetric characters. Unify Solver leverages the Universal Scene Description (USD) format and empowers visual effects and game development professionals, digital experience producers, and volumetric capture studio service providers with customized, interoperable digital human crowd and CG fashion assets that display unprecedented realism in their interaction with the CGI world around them. Using Unify Solver, data sets can be reduced down to 10% of their original size, enabling faster streaming, ease of use, and improved workflow for feature film and media production, software, and web-based deliveries.

Wild Capture at SIGGRAPH 2023
During SIGGRAPH, the Wild Capture leadership team consisting of Will Driscoll, CEO and co-founder, Louis Normandin, COO and co-founder, and Evan Pesses, Head of Studio and co-founder, will be available to showcase the recent advancements in the Digital Human Platform toolsets -- powered by Unify Solver -- including:
- Cohort Crowd: unlocks customizable volumetric performances that can be segmented and scattered throughout an environment for optimal digital human character variation.
- Outfit: applies CG cloth designs onto animated volumetric models for infinite clothing variants; compatible with Clo3D, Marvelous Designer, and other popular fashion design software.
The team is also available to address the ethical implementation and use of AI in digital humans, promoting efficient industry growth and supporting those working with it. The company exclusively licenses commercial training data from trusted partners for the purpose of pipeline automation and on-set production safety and efficiency.
