Augmented World Expo Gears Up for Fall Event and Wild Capture’s Digital Humans Will be There.
Wild Capture CEO Will Driscoll, and our partners at Ethereal Engine will be taking part in a virtual panel at this year’s fall session of AWE entiled, “Halloween and Beyond, in the Metaverse: Ethereal Engine.” The online event takes place, Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
Ethereal Engine, whose mission is to make it easy for developers to build rich web-based immersive experiences that run on any platform, has teamed up with Wild Capture to demonstrate how digital humans can exist in virtual web based platforms.
The event, moderated by Suzan Oslo, credited as “Visionary VR/AR Leader | Creative Technologist | Experiential Architect | XR Producer”, will provide a glimpse into a metaverse future that is open, interoperable, sovereign identity, along with privacy and security at its core.
Oslo will speak with several creators about their experience building on Ethereal Engine and explore behind-the-scenes metaverse content in the making of “Putt Club” from Fiddle Games, maker of “BrushWork”; “Within the Window” by Big Rock Creative VR; along with our experiences in Fashion and Live Entertainment. This will be followed by a haunted tour inside one of Ethereal Engine’s newest virtual world experiences, “Seance in the Haunted Mansion” and will be hosted by Ari Tarr, maker of “Brush Work”
The event will start at AWE.Live for the panel discussion and then hop into our headset, desktop or mobile devices to explore a number of worlds together. Demos will also be streamed live to AWE.Live from the Meta Quest Pro.
